US Packages.

$10.95 - 1st Class Mail W/Tracking up to 5 Business Days in Transit - Plus Processing Time. Please note that orders are only processed Monday - Friday during business hours.

$12.95 - Priority Mail - W/Tracking up to 4 Business Days in Transit - Plus Processing Time. Please note that orders are only processed Monday - Friday during business hours.

$19.95 - Next Business Day Processing w/Priority Mail Shipping -Transit Time up to 4 Business days - (This is not Next Day Delivery, it is only next day processing for your order instead of our normal processing time of 5 business days) Please note that orders are only processed Monday - Friday during business hours.

$29.95 - Same Day Order Processing w/Priority Mail Shipping Included - Transit Time up to 4 Business days (This is not Same Day Delivery, it is only Same Day processing for your order instead of our normal processing time of 5 business days) Please note that orders are only processed Monday - Friday during business hours.

International shipping is based and weight and delivery location. Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the U.S. takes 2-7 business days after processing. Please note that we have no control over the transit times once we hand the package over to the shipping companies (USPS, FedEx & UPS) The shipping companies are doing their best during these trying times to make sure packages arrive on time.

Shipping Internationally takes 5-21 business days after processing. Please note that we have no control over the transit times once we hand the package over to the shipping companies ( DHL or UPS ) The shipping companies are doing their best during these trying times to make sure packages arrive on time.

How long is processing?

All orders are processed within 5 business days after you have placed your order. Please note that the warehouse is closed on the weekends and orders are processed during the week only.

International Orders - Customs & Duty Fees

International Customers are 100% responsible for any fees assessed to them for importing an order from outside of their country. The customer is responsible to pay these fees at the time of delivery.

 EatUP Original does not pay for any Customs or Duty Fees. 

Please note that if your International order is returned back to us as undeliverable the shipping fees are non refundable and the order will be subject to our 30% Restocking fee.

Restocking Fee

Please note that there will be a 30% restocking fee applied to any order that is returned back to us as undeliverable or for not being pickup from the post office if the package requires a signature. There is also NO REFUND on shipping paid by the customer if the package is returned back to us.

When will I receive tracking?

Once your order/package ships we will send you a notification email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 72 hours for the USPS, FedEX, UPS & DHL to update the tracking info.

 

All delivery or order issues must be presented to us by email within 5 business days of the package showing delivered. If you contact us outside this time frame unfortunately we will not be able to assist you. You are responsible to stay up to date with the tracking and delivery date to ensure you receive your package.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Orders placed the weekend will not start processing until Monday. 

Orders are not processed on Holidays or Weekends.

Please note that if you contact the shipping company that is delivering your package and you change the delivery address from the one provided during checkout, if the package gets lost in transit WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for the package. We DO NOT allow for an address to be change after an order is placed or shipped. If you take it upon yourself to change an address after the package ships you then take full responsibility for the package. We will not replace the order and we will not issue a refund.
